2. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on our own server in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, time, page requested, browser information) to deliver the site and ensure security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Error logs are kept only briefly.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties.

4. Demo request

When you request a free demo, we process the details from the form (company, name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, language, channels, message) plus the time and IP address of the request (abuse prevention). The purpose is to review and handle your request and to contact you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Requests are stored with the status “awaiting approval”; access is only ever granted manually. Data of requests not pursued is deleted after [set period, e.g. 6 months] at the latest.

5. Recipients

We do not pass data on to third parties except technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) that support us. [add list of providers]

6. Transfers to third countries

ZENTRYA FZCO is based in the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred there from the EU, this is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). [legal review]

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. An email to the contact above is sufficient.

8. Use of the portal

Separate contractual documents (terms, data processing agreement) and privacy notices apply to the use of the ZentryaHub portal.
